2. Personal data and purposes of processing
Email correspondence
When you contact me by email, I may process your email address, name, details of the organisation you represent and any other information you voluntarily include in your message.
This information is used to manage correspondence, respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and, where applicable, enter into and perform contracts.
The legal bases for processing are:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, or performing a contract;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interests in managing correspondence, professional relationships and potential legal claims.
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without sufficient contact information, it may not be possible to respond to your enquiry.
Technical data and server logs
When you visit the website, technical information may be processed automatically, including your IP address, connection date and time, browser information and requested resources.
This information is used to maintain website functionality and security, detect misuse and troubleshoot technical problems.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interests.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to analyse website traffic and visitor interactions.
Google Analytics may process information including pages visited, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, and online identifiers.
Analytics is activated after you have consented to the relevant cookie category. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.
3. Cookies and consent management
The website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Essential cookies support website functionality and remember privacy preferences. They do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the service.
Analytics cookies are associated with Google Analytics 4 and require prior consent.
Consent preferences are managed through Lynbro Cookie Consent, integrated with Google Consent Mode v2.
On your first visit, you can accept or reject optional cookie categories or customise your preferences.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Data recipients
Where necessary for the purposes described above, personal data may be processed by technical service providers, including:
- webd.pl — website hosting and email services;
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics 4.
These providers process data within the scope of their services and applicable data protection arrangements.
Personal data is not sold to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The use of Google services may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, particularly to the United States.
Depending on the recipient and the circumstances, such transfers are subject to safeguards recognised under the GDPR, including adequacy decisions such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified organisations, or standard contractual clauses.
Further information about Google’s data processing practices is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, maintain professional relationships and, where justified, until the expiry of applicable limitation periods for legal claims.
Technical data and server logs are retained according to website security and troubleshooting needs and the hosting provider’s retention practices.
Google Analytics 4 is configured with the following retention periods for data covered by its retention settings:
- Event data — 2 months;
- User data — 14 months, with the retention period reset upon new user activity.
These settings apply to specific user-level and event-level data, rather than all information used in aggregated Google Analytics reports.
Cookie preferences are retained according to the configuration of the consent management mechanism.

- access your personal data;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;

8. Automated decision-making
The controller does not use personal data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning visitors or similarly significantly affect them.
